Questions about the cancellation policy

When do I have to cancel room reservations and package deals at the very latest ?

The cancellation policy varies depending on what you have booked. To see what applies to your booking, check the confirmation you received from us. For room bookings, there is the option "non-refundable" which has a lower price, and means that the booking cannot be rebooked or canceled, and you will not receive a refund in case of cancelation or no-show. Flex prices allow you to cancel and change your reservation no later than 6 pm the day prior to arrival.

For several of the packages it is possible to buy for a rebooking protection, see below what applies if you bought this.

What conditions apply if I added rebooking protection in connection with my package booking?

Sometimes unpredictable things happen that make it impossible for you to check in the date you booked with us. Therefore, you have the opportunity to add a rebooking protection on our website in connection with booking certain package offers. This means that you can change the date of your stay for up to one year, subject to price changes. Rebooking must be made no later than 48 hours before arrival via email to [email protected]. If you have booked several rooms, you need to add the same number of rebooking protections. Rebooking protection can only be purchassed in connection with the booking, never afterwards.

Questions about Treetop's spa

I'm interested in Day Spa in Treetop's awesome mountain spa, how does it work?

Opening hours: Friday-Saturday, 15-20. Price / person: SEK 695 including loan of towel, bathrobe & slippers. Pre-book at least 1 day in advance at [email protected] or 031-55 39 81. The bathing time is 2.5 hours. PS. If you are five people and up, you are counted as a group and need to book your own department.

Questions about the bars and restaurant

When is the restaurant open?

The restaurant in the hotel is generally open Monday-Saturday 5 pm to 10 pm. The kitchen closes at 8 pm, so last orders must be made by then. Sunday closed. However, this may vary slightly depending on the season. Please contact us for the exact opening hours and for special enquiries.

What kind of food does Treetop's restaurant serve?

We have a pub menu with dishes for most tastes. Our package offers often include 2- or 3-course dinners. Conference guests have their own menu to choose from.

Are there outdoor bars on Treetop?

Sure! We have a bar up in our nice mountain spa, and a rooftop bar on the hotel roof. It is also possible to sit outside in our courtyard, just outside the restaurant.

What do the bars serve?

Åbro is our main supplier of beer, and we are also a partner in the brewery Två Feta Grisar (Two fat pigs). That is why we also have their range with us. Beer is available in casks and bottles, there is also a good wine list and of course drinks are served both with and without alcohol.

When are the bars open?

The bar in the hotel is open Monday-Saturday, from noon until 10 pm. Closed on Sundays. During the summer, our rooftop bar has the same opening hours in fine weather. The bar in the mountain spa is open to pre-booked groups and closed parties only.

Do you accept cash payment?

We are a cashless hotel, and it is possible to pay with the most common cards and swish.

Questions about the hotel

What standard of accommodation does the hotel offer?

Treetop is a three star hotel. There are single, double, twin and family rooms, as well as superior rooms and sparooms with their own jacuzzi. The hotel has 25 hotel rooms.

Treetop also has 5 cottages, which are fully equipped with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Rental is mainly monthly, but if the cottages are vacant, it is also possible to rent weekly. Get in touch with us for reservations!

When there is a lot of bookings in Gothenburg, we sometimes open up our really exclusive hotel rooms up in the mountain spa.

Between what times is the reception open, and when can I check in?

The reception is staffed Monday-Saturday 7 am to 10 pm, and Sundays 7 am to 2 pm. Check-in can take place after 3 pm and check-out no later than 11 am the following day. If you plan to arrive when the hotel is closed, please contact us to get a code and key to your room. Please observe that if you arrive before 3 pm you need to let us know in advance so there is someone here to greet you.

Questions about conferences

Do you have meeting rooms at Treetop?

There are three conference rooms. Exclusive Kronan for management meetings, which is located high up in the mountain spa. "Stammen" for up to 25 people at entrance level, and "Trädet" for up to 15 persons next to the restaurant. Read more about the conference facilities here.

Do you always serve a buffet breakfast?

Usually we serve our excellent buffet breakfast, but when we have few guests at the hotel we will offer you a selection of foods on a tray.
